RESTORATION
The issue was the
original had been bent or ripped in half and taped on from and back, plus other
signs of deterioration.
The front tape was no longer there, but left a residue over the damaged section.
Restoration was based on a high-resolution digital scan of the original and
removal of the damaged section plus enhancement of the photo.

PHOTO RESTORATION
The issue was a
black stain that fused to the surface of the original print.
Removing the stain physically would have permanently damaged the photo.
The photo was partially restored except for faces because there was not enough
reference in the photo.
To complete the restoration faces from another photo were added to complete the
process.
